FREKANS is performing technical works in a professional aspect and carrying out all technical works within absolute conformity with the IACS Common Structural Rules and its perspectives, international maritime rules and regulations. Whilst rendering its facilities, the company reputation has the prior importance. The main objective of the company is the fulfill its responsibilities and contractual obligations to the classification societies and the customers in view of its ethical trade methods and to save its leading position in NDT in Turkish Market.

FREKANS is realizing and accepting that the variety of Societies as reflected in IACS is desired from all perspectives.

FREKANS will refrain from any improper or questionable methods including the use of false, inaccurate, improper information or statements in soliciting work and will decline to pay or accept commissions for securing such work. The company will continue not to use unethical methods of trade to obtain advancement in maritime business or to prevent market share of the other companies in marine community.

FREKANS will consider all submitted information and measurement reports to be proprietary and the contents or copies will not be shared to any other party and to be kept strictly confidential unless owners¹ written authorization is received. The company will not issue or stamp documents without performance of the technicians.

FREKANS will not prevent the competition in the market with the other companies. The company believes that the competition keeps and increases both the quality of duties performed, performance of the people while carrying on the assigned tasks and is an absolute benefit for entire shipping market. The competition between the companies carrying out tasks shall be fair and uncorrupted.

FREKANS will never undermine the reputation of another company by spreading false or biased information. Any kind of smear campaign against another company will never be carried out.

FREKANS shall not pass on another party any information, document, etc. which is confidential so as to place an advantage to the company by means of marketing matters.
